As a made-to-order business, we make your product as you order them and so we don’t hold inventory. Our products are very carefully inspected for quality, however, in the rare event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you let us know within 14 days of product delivery.  Please contact us and mention your order number, a clear photo highlighting the issue and a brief explanation.

• Once you place your order, our made-to-order production times are between 2-3 days. 
• Once your order has been produced, you will receive a tracking number to the email provided, and your product will be shipped. 
• Our Standard delivery times (once your order has been produced) is between 3-6 business days. So, once ordered, you should expect delivery between 5 and 9 days (based on your location).
• Currently, we are only able to offer Standard (Economy) Shipping, but are working to add Expedited Shipping options soon.

Our primary goal is to make sure you are incredibly satisfied with your purchase from Skew Gear.  Every item that we produce is 100% custom-made, and we wait for 24 hours before placing your order for production.  You may cancel or change/update your order during this 24-hour window.  Just reach out to our customer service team.

Again, because of our made-to-order production process, we are unable to offer any changes or cancellations 24-hours after the order is placed. 

After 24-hours, and because each item is personalized just for you, we cannot accept returns. This also means that returns are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color or there were errors in spelling or grammar. We encourage you to use Preview to confirm your personalizations prior to purchase.
