We want you to love what you ordered—truly. So if something’s off, don’t hesitate to reach out.

At Skew Gear, we’re not shooting for “meh, it’s fine.” We’re shooting for “OMG I’m obsessed!” That’s the heart of our Wonder Wrap Well-Made Guarantee.

Every blanket  is very carefully inspected for quality, is made-to-order with care and uniquely personalized for you, so we don’t keep extra inventory lying around. That said, if your order shows up with a legit manufacturing oops or damage—we’ve got your back. Snap a clear photo of the issue, and send us an email explaining the issue, and we’ll take it from there. Be sure to mention your Order Number and Order Date. Verified issues get a refund or a fresh remake, case by case.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Short answer: Not usually — here’s why.

Since every Skew Gear product is custom-made and personalized just for you, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges on orders once they’re placed. That means we can’t make changes if you mistyped a name, chose the wrong size or color, or entered an incorrect shipping address. (We wish we could, but the elves get started right away!) We know that’s a little different, so we’ve made it super easy to preview your personalizations before checking out. Double-check spelling, size, colors and checking our Sizing Guides to make sure everything’s just right before placing your order.

Refunds are only issued if you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged. If that happens, email us with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right — fast.

Can I cancel my order?

Every blanket at Skew Gear is made-to-order and personalized, and so our production elves get right on it as soon as the order is placed (seasonal volumes may create some lag here - but that’s not normal). As a result, we are unable to offer order cancellation or any product changes after the order has been placed.
