As a made-to-order business, we make your product as you order them and so we don’t hold inventory. Our products are very carefully inspected for quality, however, in the rare event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you let us know within 14 days of product delivery.  Please contact us to send a clear photo highlighting the issue and a brief explanation.

Once you place your order, our made-to-order production times are between 2-3 days.  Once your order has been produced, you will receive a tracking number, and your product will be shipped.  Our shipment times for this product is between 2-5 business days.

Our primary goal is to make sure you are incredibly satisfied and promise to work with you to find a solution that makes you happy.  Every item that we produce is 100% custom-made, and wait for 24 hours before placing your order for production.  You may cancel or change/update your order during this 24-hour window.  Just reach out to our customer service team.

Again, because of our made-to-order production process, we are unable to offer any changes or cancellations 24-hours after the order is placed.  This also means that returns are not supported if you ordered the wrong size or color.  We encourage you to use the size guides to help you make the right size decisions.
